Barrudada Tropical Hotel Santarém, Santarém

I unexpectedly ended up at this hotel after a flight cancellation, and while the rooms were decent enough, the overall experience was less than ideal. The service left much to be desired, and the long wait for dinner was frustrating. Wi-Fi was barely usable, which was disappointing for a hotel of this size.

The hotel has spacious and clean rooms, and the breakfast buffet was pretty enjoyable; however, the service leaves much to be desired, and the Wi-Fi is incredibly slow. Additionally, the location is not convenient for exploring Santarem, and payment issues with credit cards added to the frustration during my stay.

I stayed at the hotel that has a rich history and great Amazonian feel. The rooms were clean and spacious, although the staff at the reception could be more knowledgeable. The breakfast was fantastic, but the hotel is a bit far from the city center, requiring a taxi ride.
